Both the venue & Gorilla Zoo Management reserves the right to:

Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.

Request the ticket holder(s) to leave the venue and take any appropriate action to enforce such a request.

Make any change whatsoever in the performance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
Please note: All sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable or returnable once the ticket sale is complete.

Your tickets will be sent out at least 10 days before the show, sooner if possible as we know what it can be like waiting for tickets for your favourite show
